box Betty Crocker Gluten Free Brownie Mix
1/4
cup butter, melted

eggs

tablespoons hot water
- Cream cheese layer
4
ounces cream cheese
2
tablespoons sugar

tablespoons egg beater(equivalent to 1/2 egg) - can also use a tbsp cornstarch
- Add Ins

cup chopped walnuts, optional

cup flaked sweetened coconut
  1. Spray a 10 to 12 inch shiny baking pan with oil spray.
  2. Combine the Chocolate layer until blended with a wire whisk.
  3. Stir in chopped walnuts.
  4. Spread the batter in the pan.
  5. Mix Cream Cheese Layer until blended. Spread the Cream Cheese Layer over the Chocolate Layer
  6. Sprinkle the coconut over the Cream Cheese Layer
  7. Bake at 350 F for about 35 to 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test in the center to make sure it is not runny in the center. The coconut will brown.
  8. Allow to cool in pan. Cut into 16 squares.
