Ingredients

000: - Chocolate Layer

1: box Betty Crocker Gluten Free Brownie Mix

1/4: cup butter, melted

2: eggs

2: tablespoons hot water

000: - Cream cheese layer

4: ounces cream cheese

2: tablespoons sugar

2: tablespoons egg beater(equivalent to 1/2 egg) - can also use a tbsp cornstarch

000: - Add Ins

1/2: cup chopped walnuts, optional

1/2: cup flaked sweetened coconut

Directions

1 Spray a 10 to 12 inch shiny baking pan with oil spray.
2 Combine the Chocolate layer until blended with a wire whisk.
3 Stir in chopped walnuts.
4 Spread the batter in the pan.
5 Mix Cream Cheese Layer until blended. Spread the Cream Cheese Layer over the Chocolate Layer
6 Sprinkle the coconut over the Cream Cheese Layer
7 Bake at 350 F for about 35 to 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test in the center to make sure it is not runny in the center. The coconut will brown.
8 Allow to cool in pan. Cut into 16 squares.
