This recipe is fantastic. However, I'm pretty sure there is an error. I believe you are supposed to lay the frosting/chocolate coated Chex on the cookie sheet to dry BEFORE putting it in the plastic bag to coat with coconut and powdered sugar. Otherwise the powdered sugar simply dissolved into the melted frosting/chocolate mix.
Also, next time I make this, I will use bittersweet chips instead of semi-sweet because the frosting is already extremely sweet. I recommend throwing in the extra pecans.
