Tender chicken breasts are baked with a crushed cereal coating so they are crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside with a flavorful herbal spread.

Very good. Fairly easy to make and went over well. Served with steamed broccoli and creamy noodles. Next time I think I'll add more "filling" to each of the chicken breasts for some more flavor.

This turned out very good. The family loved it. I added 1/4 cup of crushed red peppers to the cereal mix and it gave it a wonderful spicy kick.

I loved how they came out, but next time I will do somethings different. I used four chicken breasts instead of six too! Next time I will spread the herb "butter" throughout the chicken breast before I roll them up so they won''t be so dry.
