Whole Tomato

Clove Garlic

Tsp Himalayan Rock Salt

Tbs Olive Oil

  • 1 In a bowl; crush chick peas with a fork or spoon, does not have to be completely crushed to add texture.
  • 2 Crush the tomato (in the same bowl).
  • 3 Mince the garlic and add to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  • 4 Mix well. A great dip for corn chips. Serves 2-3.
