EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Cut up the bell pepper, onion and tomatoes the night before serving. Store in separate plastic bags, tightly sealed, in the fridge.

Bell peppers come in many colors. Yellow, red and orange are a bit sweeter than green or purple but work well in this great salad.
