Super easy to make, really big on taste. The shortcakes are not sweet, so they cut the sweetness of the caramel sauce and chips. It's the perfect size for "a little something" at the end of the meal and they're pretty enough to bring to a dinner party. They remind me of the "shooters" they serve at Applebees.
