These cookies are great!!- I made them and they turned out just like the picture. My daughter said they are now the new Christmas cookie at my house-and to make them every year from now on. My son-in-law said he thought they were even better after they had cooled down. But I like that melted marshmallow and warm chocolate ooze!

I saw this recipe on Facebook and they looked lovely, I made them this morning and the batter was not thick, I put everything in as it is on recipe. The cookes are as thin as Crepes but crispy, nothing like the picture, so I had to throw them away they looked awful...I was going to make some for XMas but changed my mind. I see a few other people have had problems with recipe. Jpp

I'm eating one of these as I write. Quite good; slight dry, but chocolately and very brownie like. My husband thinks that a scoop of ice cream between two of these cookiess, frozen for an hour or so would be a definate "5" spoons.

I don't know if they turned out like were supposed to or not. I followed the recipe with the exception of the pecans. I did not use anything to replace them. The dough wasn't real firm. The cookies turned out cake-like. Are they supposed to be like a brownie or a cookie? I guess the pecans would have added texture. They were easy enough. I'll have my husband taste them, he's my guinea pig.

I made these cookies the same evening I saw the recipe. I didn't frost them either just put powdered sugar on top. The family enjoyed them and we even used them to make ice cream sandwiches. The next time I make them I am adding choc. chips.

I made this recipe using the Heart Smart Bisquick, and they are wonderful. I didn't frost them, as we like them just the way they are! Such an easy recipe. I love being able to use Bisquick as the starting point. I am an impatient cook, so it save all the steps that I hate! Great time saver, and DELICIOUS!
