Ingredients

cups soymilk

box (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix

ripe medium bananas, mashed
1
box (4-serving size) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix

paper cups (3-oz size)

craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)

  • 1 In small bowl, gradually add 1 cup of the soymilk to vanilla pudding mix; beat with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in bananas. In another small bowl, gradually add remaining soymilk to chocolate pudding mix; beat with wire whisk until well blended.
  • 2 Spoon half of the banana mixture into cups. Layer chocolate mixture over banana mixture. Spoon remaining banana mixture into cups; stir slightly to marble. Insert sticks; freeze about 3 hours or overnight until firm. To serve, remove cups.

These were a PERFECT treat while babysitting for my nieces (1.5 year old and 4 year old). I didn't make any changes, and adults and children all loved them. Another time, I'll try with pistachio and chocolate...and another time, I'll try butterscotch and chocolate. :D Love that they're made with soymilk. What a treat for lactose intolerent like me! :D
