box (1 lb 6.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Original Supreme brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box

cup Betty Crocker™ Whipped vanilla frosting (from 12-oz container)

cup marshmallow creme

teaspoon mint extract

Oreo™ chocolate mint creme sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped (3 cups)

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray.
  • 2 Make and bake brownies as directed on brownie mix box. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
  • 3 In medium bowl, stir together frosting, marshmallow crème, mint extract and food color until well blended. Spread over cooled brownies. Sprinkle with cookies; press in slightly. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
