These are good, but really, really rich. I would use less marshmallow, cut one in half or use a few mini ones, and put in less sugar and butter into the frosting. You could probably omit the sugar and butter altogether. I would recommend this recipe, but it''s so rich! Also, I didn''t use the sugar dipped cup to flatten the cookies. Omit the sugar, there''s enough in the recipe already!
