We have been making these cookies for a few years now its a crowd favorite!...i suggest putting the marshmallows on their side so when you smash it down it spreads out evenly.

These cookies are delicious! Instead of making the fudge from scracth I just just a chocalate syrup and I put crushed graham crackers on top to get that "s'mores" tatse. These are really fun and easy to make but they should be eaten within the hour. If you wait too long the cookie gets pretty hard. Best eaten when hot.

I love this receipe. I brought them to work and everyone loved them. They said it was something different They are time consuming to make but it is worth it. My kids have to make them every year.

These are good, but really, really rich. I would use less marshmallow, cut one in half or use a few mini ones, and put in less sugar and butter into the frosting. You could probably omit the sugar and butter altogether. I would recommend this recipe, but it''s so rich! Also, I didn''t use the sugar dipped cup to flatten the cookies. Omit the sugar, there''s enough in the recipe already!
