Needed something simple w/pancakes (my kids favorite) but didn't require syrup. This was perfect! I used a light yogurt and sliced strawberries. My 3yr old had 3 servings:)) We love it. Thanks Keep up the great & simple recipes. Mama Of 3

I made these while home-alone one evening, and the aroma was heavenly! The taste; wonderfully light with a great taste of strawberry. We prefer to eat these with syrup and butter, although the yogurt was great too.

The pancakes were very fluffy with just a hint of fruit flavor. I used strawberry yogurt. This recipe is good for me and my husband because we keep very little milk on hand (recipe calls for just 1/2 cup) but we always have yogurt in refrigerater because my husband eats it every day. I do not like or eat yogurt but added to these pancakes I don''t even know that I am eating it. I will definitely make these again. I want to try banana yogurt next time.
