Fruited Peanut Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 quart (4 cups) creamy coleslaw (from deli)
  • 2 large nectarines or peaches, cubed (2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts

    In large bowl, mix all ingredients.

  • This pretty, flavorful coleslaw can be made up to 24 hours ahead of time by combining the coleslaw and nectarines, and refrigerating. Stir in the peanuts just before serving.
  • Serve this easy salad in a cabbage bowl. All you do is cut a large head of cabbage in half and remove some of the inner leaves to make a serving bowl.
