Nectarines and peanuts make deli coleslaw sassy and simple in just a few minutes.

Ingredients

quart (4 cups) creamy coleslaw (from deli)
2
large nectarines or peaches, cubed (2 cups)
1/2
cup dry-roasted peanuts

Directions

  • 1 In large bowl, mix all ingredients.

Expert Tips

This pretty, flavorful coleslaw can be made up to 24 hours ahead of time by combining the coleslaw and nectarines, and refrigerating. Stir in the peanuts just before serving.

Serve this easy salad in a cabbage bowl. All you do is cut a large head of cabbage in half and remove some of the inner leaves to make a serving bowl.
