Pillsbury™ Toaster Strudel™ frozen raspberry pastries
cup finely diced peeled mango
cup finely diced fresh pineapple
kiwifruit, peeled and finely diced
tablespoon shredded sweetened coconut, if desired
Toast and squeeze icing on pastries as directed on package. Place each on small serving plate.
In small bowl, toss cut fruit. Serve alongside or on top of pastries. Sprinkle with coconut.
To save time, cut fruit ahead of time and have ready to go in the morning.
Serve salsa with a slotted spoon, to drain excess liquid before serving with your toaster strudel.
