What's "easier than pie"? Fruit pizza made with tortillas and fresh fruit--just heat and eat!

I like this for individuals to top their own, but for a variation, I use sugar cookie dough, spread it out evenly on a cookie sheet, bake it, then top with flavored cream cheese & fruit.

I did not like this recipe at all. Was not sweet enough and was flimsey. I like my own recipe: I sugar cookie refergerator roll, 1 tub strawberry creme cheese, adn assorted fruit slices.

This is a great recipe! I make this all the time. The only thing I change is instead of making it into a pizza I just fold it over like a taco. The other way the fruit tends to fall off but it still tastes great either way!
