Have made these using Nutella instead of the fruit! Kids AND adults begged for more! And to make sure the Nutella doesn't burn on top, I only fill the cup a little, put the Nutella in and cover with more batter!

These were pretty good and well received by all I have made them for. They are SUPER easy to make. I used the Heartsmart Bisquick and I used seedless blackberry and strawberry jam. The best results I got were when I put about 1/3 batter, jam, then the other 2/3 batter. It kept the jam from bubbling over and making a sticky mess.

Very Good Indeed! Firstly, to get that "fruit-filled" effect you probably should fill the cup half way, add preserve then top with batter. Tried it as the recipe suggests and was left with a puddle of blackberry preserve at the top. Also didn't have milk on hand so I used a mixture of evaporated milk and water and the muffins came out really soft!!! Good recipe!!!

well they tasted ok in the end but the fruit did not go to the middle of them like the recipe said it bubbled all over the place and now I have to clean my oven.

SO good! I was worried they''d be dry, but they weren''t. Even my picky husband liked them and said they were a "keeper." Very quick and easy.

These were SO good! I was a little worried they''d be dry or bland, but oh my gosh...this one''s definitely a "keeper," as my husband puts it. :)

Really good! I usually don''t like using Bisquick recipes but I made a slight mistake and used 2/3 cup of powdered sugar instead of the small amount of granulated sugar. I thought that was a little strange. Ha! Guess I wasn''t paying attention. Anyway-They turned out yummy! the extra sugar made them sweeter and din''t effect the baking. Tried a few different types of preserves such as Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry, and also Orange Marmalade. Think the raspberry was my favorite but all of them are really good!

These tasted okay and were very easy to make with ingredients I had on hand, but my filling bubbled out all over. Maybe I should have chilled the apricot preserves first??

Quick and easy to make. My family loved them, and liked the nice surprise in the middle. I loved the fact that I didn''t have to slave over them but it looks like I did.
