This was a fabulous, easy recipe. I loved the taste of the real strawberries, as opposed to artificial flavors you can get with some of the premade margarita mixes. It was very fresh and light, and not very strong. I did miss the flavor of triple sec (orange liqueur), which is traditionally an important part of a margarita. Next time I might increase the tequila to a cup, and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup triple sec.

Talk about a time saver and how much more time i got to spend with guest rather than standing behind a blender all day. This was something they could do by themselves and enjoyed very much.
