tablespoons instant coffee granules
cup chocolate-flavor syrup
cups vanilla fat-free no-sugar-added ice cream
cups ice cubes
In blender, place water, coffee granules and chocolate syrup. Cover; blend on high speed until well blended.
Add ice cream. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover; blend on high speed until ice is crushed. Pour into 4 serving glasses.
For a caramel-coffee version, substitute 1/2 cup fat-free caramel syrup for the chocolate syrup.
Garnish servings with a sprinkling of chocolate candy decors or a chocolate-covered coffee bean.
