I made these one year for St.Patrick's day at work. Everyone loved them so much they asked me to bring them back every year for the holiday. The irish cream is not overwhelming but you can still taste it. Very addictive.

These are a major hit at my house. My son raved about them at work and they have been requested by his coworkers now. I omit the milk in the frosting and just use extra Irish Cream liquor. I think it makes them more delicious. This recipe is a definite keeper.

These brownies look really delicious. I was wondering if you could use Betty Crocker prepared vanilla or cream cheese frosting and add the Irish Cream to that?

your recipes are great, but, it takes two sheets of paper to print out...please condense your spacing so that the recipe fits on one sheet of paper. thank you

These brownies are toe-curling delicious!! They have been an absolute hit at every function I have brought them to. The only thing I would suggest is if you are using Irish Cream liqueur, do not skimp or try to go cheap - use Bailey's Irish Cream as it is definitely the best in this recipe. I tried a cheaper brand and was disappointed. Very easy to make. VERY tasty to eat!! It is my most requested dessert!

These brownies turned out fantastic! Instead of using milk as the recipe called for in the frosting, I used one Irish Creme flavored coffee creamer instead and omitted the vanilla. The result was a very rich frosting. Also, I had the idea that if this worked so well with Irish Cream, and others who have used Kahlua, why not Chambord. A raspberry flavored liqueur. Chocolate Raspberry sounds like the next one I will try.

This is fantastic. SInce I was low on Irish Cream, I experimented with Kahlua in various forms with it too. My suggestion, sub 1 T of Irish Cream for 1 T of Kahlua for the frosting. Top Notch!

Definately my favortie brownies. Instead of using alcohol Bailey's you can substitute it for Bailey Irish Cream coffee creamer. It has the same taste that the liqueur makes and creates a more fluffy frosting.
