These brownies were the rave of the family. For the frosting I substituted baileys Irish cream creamer - making it nonalcoholic. For my pregnant daughter.

I made this for a St. Patrick's Day Party yesterday and they were quite a hit. I did, however, make a modification. After adding the two tablespoons of Bailey's and before adding milk to loosen the consistency, I felt that it needed more Bailey's. I used two additional tablespoons of Bailey's and only one of milk. People commented on how they could taste the Bailey's. Definitely a success.

Disappointing because the Irish Cream flavor did not come through. Followed the recipe exactly. I took these to a party but no one could taste the Irish Cream either.

I made these one year for St.Patrick's day at work. Everyone loved them so much they asked me to bring them back every year for the holiday. The irish cream is not overwhelming but you can still taste it. Very addictive.

These are a major hit at my house. My son raved about them at work and they have been requested by his coworkers now. I omit the milk in the frosting and just use extra Irish Cream liquor. I think it makes them more delicious. This recipe is a definite keeper.

These brownies look really delicious. I was wondering if you could use Betty Crocker prepared vanilla or cream cheese frosting and add the Irish Cream to that?

your recipes are great, but, it takes two sheets of paper to print out...please condense your spacing so that the recipe fits on one sheet of paper. thank you

These brownies are toe-curling delicious!! They have been an absolute hit at every function I have brought them to. The only thing I would suggest is if you are using Irish Cream liqueur, do not skimp or try to go cheap - use Bailey's Irish Cream as it is definitely the best in this recipe. I tried a cheaper brand and was disappointed. Very easy to make. VERY tasty to eat!! It is my most requested dessert!
