Fried Cabbage and Noodles

Medium Cabbage Cut into 2 inch pieces

Medium Onion - Chopped

lb Bacon

1

bag Wide Egg Noodles

• 1 Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces and brown in large deep skillet over medium heat. Do not drain.
• 2 Add chopped onion and cook for 3-4 mnts.
• 3 Add cabbage and stir bacon and onion together. Cover. Steam with lit on over medium heat until crisp tender.
• 4 Meanwhile boil egg noodles. Drain.
• 5 Add egg noodles and stir all together. Salt and pepper to taste.
