cups sliced fresh strawberries

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix first 6 ingredients to form a batter. Place sliced strawberries in bottom of 9 x 9 inch pan. Pour batter over strawberries. Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon flour in small bowl, then sprinkle over batter. Pour 1 cup boiling water over sugar mixture. Bake 30-45 minutes, or until batter is golden brown.
