This was great after a few mods. I left out the cilantro, Serrano chile, teriyaki sauce & peanuts, in the rolls. I added chicken and cooked it in the coconut milk with a little powdered ginger & teriyaki sauce. I also added sugar snap pea pods which a par boiled along with the carrots. The rice wrappers are a little complected to work with, but after making a few i got better at it. They were so good my husband who is a picky eater eat them up like there was no tomorrow. I'll definitely be making these again
