lb prosciutto or deli-style ham slices, chopped (1/3 cup)

small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)

lb fresh green peas, shelled*

  1. In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook prosciutto and onion in oil, stirring frequently, until onion is tender.
  2. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook about 10 minutes or until peas are tender.
