I used Frank''s Red Hot Sauce AND added a little crushed red pepper.With the local farm-grown tomatoes, this recipe is out of this world! Brought it to a potluck and got RAVE reviews.

Use Extra virgin Olive Oiland all fresh ingredients substituting crush red pep flakes for the pepper sauce and you could eat the whole platter. This is just awesome and cool and light. Home grown tomatoes and home grown garlic give this the authentic Italian taste.
