I retried the Fresh Garden Salsa several times and my family loves it. I did not add the cilantro and the radish because I have a stomach trouble and substituted parsley which is easier for me. We eat this salsa with many meals or just alone with chips. It is good for family and guest will love it too. Thank you for this recipe.

for a real mexican spicy salsa, try the following: 3 (large) Roma tomatoes, 8 green (jalapeno)peppers (not seeded), 1 small onion (finely chopped), 1 small can of tomato sauce, coarsely chopped cilantro, juice from (1) freshly squeezed lime (medium size). Season with salt & pepper and serve with your favorite chips. Careful you don't run out before the barbecue is ready!!

This is very similar to a recipe I have been using for years and every time I bring this out I get rave reviews. I use 3-4 Roma tomatoes in place of one large tomato..I prefer the meatier consistency of the Roma. Also, I use a yellow pepper in place of the green pepper..I think it's a little sweeter. I use only lime juice, no vinegar and lots of cilantro. Again, depending on the size of the jalapeno pepper I'll use more than one. Serve this alongside homemade tortilla chips..it's a keeper.
