Ingredients

Creamy Dressing

  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Fruit

  • 2 apricots or nectarines, pitted, sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled, sliced
  • 1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 bunch small seedless grapes, cut in half (2 cups)

Steps

    In chilled small bowl, beat all dressing ingredients with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.

    In large bowl, place fruit. Add dressing; toss gently to coat. Store in refrigerator.
