Ingredients

cup long grain rice
1
can French Onion Soup
1
can water
8
ounce jar sliced mushrooms
1/4
pound butter or margerine
1
cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

  • 1 Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 In a casserole dish combine the rice, French Onion Soup, water, sliced mushrooms, and margerind. Stir together.
  • 3 Cover and bake for 55 minutes.
  • 4 Remove from oven and top with the grated cheddar cheese.
  • 5 Replace the cover on the casserole dish to allow the cheese to melt.
  • 6 Enjoy!
