cup long grain rice

can French Onion Soup

can water

ounce jar sliced mushrooms
1/4
pound butter or margerine

cup grated cheddar cheese
  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a casserole dish combine the rice, French Onion Soup, water, sliced mushrooms, and margerind. Stir together.
  3. Cover and bake for 55 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and top with the grated cheddar cheese.
  5. Replace the cover on the casserole dish to allow the cheese to melt.
  6. Enjoy!
