This was so unbelievably easy. My 8-year-old son helped me with it and we had a wonderful time! The orange sauce had just the right amount of orange flavor with a hint of liqueur after we flambe'd it. Felt just like we were at a French cafe in Paris. I made 1-1/2 times the recipe to feed 6 and had no problems. This is a keeper!

It looks very complicated, but it's not. The flavor is incredible and the best part is inexpensive, so this is a very elegant dessert for a great price.

I have always wanted to do crepes, but they seemed so time comsuming! Not now. This is a wonderful recipe, and you can change out the flavor of orange juice, with other fruits.It''s so easy! I''ve used this recipe several times with different flavors, and it''s been a hit. Try it.
