Ingredients

  • 3 bags (16 oz each) frozen tropical fruit
  • 1 container (2 lb) Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cans (12 oz each) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Steps

  • 1
Divide frozen fruit evenly among 8 quart-size resealable freezer plastic bags. Add 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate to each bag. (Save remaining orange juice concentrate for another use.) Seal bags; freeze up to 3 months.
  • 2
To prepare smoothie, place bag(s) in refrigerator and thaw just until fruit mixture can be removed from bag. In blender, place contents of 1 bag and 1 cup cold water. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into 3 glasses. Serve immediately.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
If the fruit mixture is completely thawed before blending, add some ice cubes to the blender, if desired.
  • tip 2
Some stores may carry frozen tropical fruit in 48-oz bags; if your store is one of them, use that size instead of the 3 smaller bags.
  • tip 3
Garnish each smoothie with an orange slice or other fresh fruit, if desired.
  • tip 4
Change up the flavor of these smoothies by using your favorite kind of frozen fruit, yogurt and juice concentrate.
