It only takes 20 minutes to whip up our free-form lasagna. Just layer cooked noodles with warm ricotta cheese, pasta sauce and Italian cheese and dinner's served!

Want to add some meat to the lasagna? Cook about 1 lb of ground beef or turkey in 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add pasta sauce and stir. Then layer the meat sauce over the ricotta and noodles.
Add 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese to the ricotta cheese before assembling for extra flavor.
