Batter breads are easy. There is no kneading and only one rise time, but you still get the same great aroma and taste.

LOVE this! Great, rustic style bread. Really like that it has the whole grains in it. I divided the recipe in half, for one loaf, and it made up perfectly. Also makes great toast. This makes more of a dense, "old world" type bread, and you can't beat how easy and fast it is. Forget the breadmaker! This will be my new "go-to" bread recipe.

My husband loves this bread!! He isn't a fan of many healthy breads but if I run out of this he is eager to bring out the mixer so that he can have his bread!
