EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

If Key limes aren’t available in your grocery store, look for bottled Key lime juice near the other bottled lime juices.

If you like flaky pastry, use Betty Crocker® pie crust mix to bake a single pastry crust in a 9-inch pie plate. Cool the baked crust, and add the Key lime filling.

Has anyone made this and not used the whipped topping? As I was mixing the key lime juice and milk, I thought it tasted good even without the whipped topping. Would this set up well and the taste not be too overpowering?

great recipe easy to make though i couldn't find any key limes so i just used regular limes. and i added green food coloring so that it looked green instead of a light beige. I froze mine not refridgerated.

It was great! I used bottled key lime juice and store bought crust instead of making it and saved more lime. The family liked it better frozen instead of refridgerated though.
