Fluffy Key Lime Pie (lighter recipe)

I don't know where I went wrong but my graham cracker crust was too crumbly and the filling wasn't as firm as I'd like but it was tasty. I used bottled lime juice since I couldn't find key lime.

This tastes wonderful for a pie this easy to prepare! I couldn't find key lime juice, so I used sweetened lime juice + a few packets of sweetner instead. Rather than make the crust, I purchased a pre-made crust. It came out great anyway. I enjoyed the light texture, but I may try to change the ratios- adding a bit more condensed milk and less cool whip to see if it tastes as good with the traditional denser texture. A definite keeper!

This is amazing. I have made this pie several times, and I get a wonderful review everytime. I usually buy premade pie crusts, and then it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare the whole pie!

I used a bought graham cracker crust. I don''t have key lines so I just used limes I got at the store. Very good. Very easy to make. Holds its shape so it is easy to cut. Has a cool and refreshing taste.
