My husband and I just tried this recipe and I have some suggestions.
First: I was concerned about using an entire packet of taco seasoning, so I used half.
Second: The First servings, I followed the time suggestion and we found that 15min. in the oven
was too long and made the flatbread tough to cut. We used 5 minutes after that.
Third: We added sour cream and taco sauce before eating.
Best advice I can give is to drain the grease very well from the ingredients before assembling.
