Ingredients

16: slices Frozen Minute Steaks

1/2: diced Onion

1/2: diced Green Pepper

1: package Old El Paso Taco Seasoning

2: Cups Grated Montery Jack, Cheddar, Cheese

2: Slices Flat Bread

Directions

1 Finely Dice Onion and Green Pepper Sautee untl soft (set aside)
2 Cook minute steaks, drain off grease
3 Combine Onion,Green Pepper,Steak and Taco Seasoning and 1/2 cup of water into Sautee Pan
4 Cook Simmer for 15 Minutes
5 Spread Cheses evenly on one side of flatbread
6 Add steak mixture and fold in hald
7 Place on flat cooking sheet for 15 mins @350 ENJOY

My husband and I just tried this recipe and I have some suggestions. First: I was concerned about using an entire packet of taco seasoning, so I used half. Second: The First servings, I followed the time suggestion and we found that 15min. in the oven was too long and made the flatbread tough to cut. We used 5 minutes after that. Third: We added sour cream and taco sauce before eating. Best advice I can give is to drain the grease very well from the ingredients before assembling. !
