Great recipe! nice and easy. I took it to my church meeting last night and everyone wanted the recipe. I wouldn't bake more than 45 mins though- that seemed plenty for my oven. It also stuck a little- next time I might grease the pan with oil and flour and see if it comes out better around the edges. Very tasty receipe!

I really enjoyed this recipe. I'm not a huge fan of rhubarb but this came out wonderfully. I kind of think it has the texture and tang of cheese cake. yummy! My boyfriend loves how sour rhubarb is raw. He said this wasn't quiet sour enough for him, but he still enjoyed it.

My husband LOVES this recipe - he's a huge fan of rhubarb and decided this is his favorite way to eat it. I found the sugar a little overwhelming, so I used 75% of the amount and used a %50-less sugar cake mix - the verdict: I enjoyed it more and Hubby didn't even notice.

This recipe is so easy and so good. I really like rhubarb so I add just a little bit extra (about a half cup) which made the perfect blend between sweet and the tang of the rhubarb.

This recipe was easy to make and my family loved it. I used about a half cup more rubarb to make up for the sugar and it turned out great.

Made this for my church coffee hour. Got lots of compliments and requests. I used 2 1/4 c. fresh rhubarb and 1 16oz. container of frozen sliced strawberries juice included. The 1 3/4 cups of sugar worked out fine and I was surprised that it was not too sweet.
