Be very careful flipping fish over. My family loved the topping. I will be using the topping on other types of food.

Wow! This is the best fish recipe ever. It is so easy to prepare and so delicious. It is also very economical! I can't wait to make it when some of my none-fish-loving-grandkids come over. If you are not a big fish eater due to the fishy taste, you will love this recipe!!! IT IS FABULOUS!!!

Very good and easy to make. However, I always find it difficult to keep the breading on the fish while cooking it. In addition, the fish fell apart very easily when I flipped it over to brown the other side (so flip gingerly). Overall a delicious dish!
