My family loved this dish. I cooked the greens just like we would if it were a side dish with red pepper flakes and red hot sauce and used red bell pepper instead of green bell pepper since my husband really doesnt care for the green pepper. My 6 month old love this she ate everything I gave her. Great Dish!!

Loved this - made a few modifications: replaced the green bell pepper with red bell pepper for color and sweetness. A few dashes of cayenne pepper on the fish before you steam it adds a pleasant heat. Using smoked paprika put it over the top!

I used canned collards. I drained the liquid into a saucepan, let it boil down, then added the greens. I also added garlic, red bell pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes like the other suggestions. I also threw in some cubed tofu. The fish seemed to flake in the greens. All in all, very good.

This recipe is amazing! DELISH! I used Tilapia as well. I added 4 cloves of garlic thinly slivered, 1/2 Large Orange Bell Pepper julienned 1 One lb bag of cut and clean collards and 1 whole Large yellow onion thinly slivered (vs 2 Medium)...I added about 1 tsp of red pepper flakes (will put more next time) and just followed all instructions to cook. The orange bell added great color and flavor, the red pepper flakes kicked it up a little bit and the garlic...well I just have to put in fresh garlic to pretty much everything. I am stunned at how tasty this is and how quickly it cooks up. The nutrients in this dish are very high as well. Oh, I had my fish weighed out already so I only used 11oz vs the whole pound. But with all the collards and the few extra fresh veggies I added, this easily clears 4 servings. With 4 servings...this dish came out to only 5 points for Weight Watchers...yuummmmy!

This dish is excellent. I made it with tilapia which turned out to be a good choice because it cooked quickly and had a really good flavor. I also used a red bell pepper for color and added a dash of lemon juice. I couldn''t find fresh collards at the store, so I used canned greens which seemed to work fine and were already cooked which saved a step. I did have to add an extra pat of butter and a bit more water to keep the veggies from sticking during the sautee stage. I loved this dish and will certainly make it in the future.
