I didn't have fresh tomatoes so I used a can of diced tomatoes drained. Also used sauted onions, red and green peppers, and added a lb of ground turkey. It's so good!

My family and I love this dish. I definitely use ground turkey and low fat everything else and also make pico de gallo to top it. Yummy.

Very quick and easy to fix! Great taste! I omitted tomatoes. Next time I will add more tortilla chips in the bottom of the casserole dish for even more flavor.

this recipe was easy and very tasty. i did add a package of taco seasoning mix to the meat mixture the second time i made it and it gave it a little kick.

Overall I thought this was a good recipe. I added taco seasoning though and after sprinkling the cheese I topped it with a few sliced jalapenos since we like spicy food.

This is a decent recipe with a few modifications. Fist, I could NOT find spicy chili beans, so I used small red beans. They work perfectly. Second, the recipe calls for no seasonings, so I add roughly 2 tablespoons of Taco Bell or whatever brand Taco seasoning to give it a nice taco flavor. Also, I always end up using the whole 8 oz container of sour cream. The stuff is so hard to spread. And finally, I've found that using the premixed Mexican blend package of cheeses works great. It's already grated and you get a lot more flavor. Those are just my tips for livening up this dish. Also, definitely serve with lettuce it helps add to the taco theme!

This recipe was just ok. It did not wow me, and is not something I would make again. It seemed to be missing something in the way of flavor. Perhaps it would be better if modified.

Very Good. Will have this one again. My family loved it. Add sour cream if you want but we liked just as it was. Serve with a Margarita or ice cold beer for real Mexican flavor.

This recipe is great - I made it after a 12 hour shift at work and it still felt easy!

this was a really great dish. Very simple and tasty. I read a few reviews about adding taco mix for more flavor, so I decided to try enchalada sauce. I did not have all the cheese it called for so used some nacho sauce. Broke up crispy tostadas since I had no tortilla chips. It was really good. Happy eating. Pris
