My kids loved this dish! I added corn to the meat layer. I also added a layer of refried beans before I put the taco shells and sauce on the top. I put it to together the night before and my husband baked it for dinner...A little lettuce, black olives and sour cream on top- Awesome

I made this dish for a bachelorette party. Everyone loved it! It was super easy and fast to make. I will make again. The longer it set the better it got.

I used ground beef; also to change up the texture a bit stirred into the meat a 1/2 can of kidney beans (slightly chopped). Of course used an additional cup of cheese. Received the teenagers stamp of approval!

Our family has enjoyed another wonderful meal. This recipe was very easy and the outcome was delicious. My husband loved it. My 3 and 6 year old thought it was pretty good but my 8 year old wouldn't touch it. 2 out of 3 is good enough for me. We will definitely make this again.

We just tried this recipe last night. It was delicious! I used ground beef instead (we are not fans of ground turkey), omitted the green onions (sprinkled some onion powder on the beef instead), and used mild enchilada sauce. This was easy to make and it is so attractive coming out of the oven, which is hard to see from the picture included with the recipe because of the toppings. My husband absolutely raved about it. We had sour cream to put on top and next time, I'd like to have jalapenos around for a topping as well.

My family loves this recipe. I use corn tortilla shells instead of buying the taco kit. My family prefers just ground beef and onion instead of the seasoning mix. It is so quick and easy.
