I made these and they turned out excellent! I couldn't find the taco sauce with chicken it called for so I used 2 1/2 cups of canned chicken and added a packet of taco seasoning to it and then a jar of taco sauce. It turned out excellent!! I also added some cheese to the chicken mixture which was a good touch. Can't wait to make this again!!

This recipe sounds great and I can't wait to try it. But what do you do with the corn and the cornmeal? Add both to chicken/taco sauce mixture and heat before putting into the cups? Thanks!

I have been making these for the past 8 years. They are so good and a big hit at gatherings. I leave out the corn and add extra cheese. Yum!

I haven't made it yet, but it sounds good. My only question is what do you do with the corn? It's in the ingredient list, but not in the directions!!Do you add it to the chicken and taco sauce? I assume it's to be cooked with the chicken!
