I have made this recipe for years. I love making it in advance and taking it camping.

LOVED this!! We didn't use the cheese on top. The calories didn't include the tortilla chips, so make sure to add them in. My husband hates veggies, but loved this meal. Great recipe!

This was easy to make and tasted great! I didn't have sour cream so I used plain yogurt. I skipped the chili powder and instead put in 2-3 tsp(adjust to your taste)of Lawry's Buffalo BBQ Marinade and that kicked it up - yum!

I make a similar dish but instead of using Classic Suddenly Salad I use Chipotle Ranch Suddenly Salad. It gives it a zing that may be missing from the other reviews I have been reading.

This salad was pretty good, but I was expecting it to have more of a Mexican flavor (due to the 'Fiesta' in the title). It was good, but not extremely fantastic.

This pasta salad was EASY to make and DELICIOUS. My 23 month old daughter and I shopped for the ingredients, choosing to get the cooked chicken from the deli to save on cooking time. We also added parmesan cheese since we were aware that it is no longer included in the packaging. We made this for a Memorial Day picnic with friends visiting from New Mexico (with their taste buds especially in mind). They LOVED it! They enjoyed the garnishing chips and salsa as well. I usually pick up salads made in the store, but this time I impressed myself and company with a very tasty and simple dish. Next time, I think I'll kick up the heat a notch. I recommend this for busy moms and anyone who needs a little spice in her life! Thank you.

I added a small amount of ranch dressing and for the chicken, I used fajita-flavored chicken strips. It was DARN GOOD! Like Taco Dip, but with pasta. Yum...

I have 3 boys, ages 13, 10, and 3 - and they all loved it! We ate it as a dip with the tortilla chips and it was very filling! Very good!
