Here’s a fettuccine you’ve never seen before. It’s super easy to make, relying on already-cooked sausage and a jar of roasted red bell peppers for fantastic flavor.

This recipe is so easy and tasty. My whole family absolutely loved it and I will be making again and again. I put mine over brown rice instead of fettuccine and it was great.

Easy, and delicious! As a fan of spicy foods, this dish was a real treat to my palate. I substituted cayenne for cajun seasoning, and added more than was needed. Great recipe!

I love this recipe. it is so easy to make and the family loves it. I add more cajun seasoning because it is not spicy enough for us. I also substitute shrimp on occasion as well.

The dish isn''t very spicy when following the directions here, but if you use spicy Italian sausage browned with garlic, it makes things much more interesting for the fire-eaters amoung us.

Good flavor, but NOT spicy in the least. We added crushed red pepper and tobasco to liven it up. A sprinkle of cayanne and paprika on top before serving added extra flavor and a pretty finish.

The recipe is easy to follow and the final product is very good. Not at all spicey, but that can easily be changed if you use spicey smoked sausage. I need to double the recipe to feed a family of six (2 adults, 3 teenagers, 1 preteen) Definately worth making again.
