Fiber One™ Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fiber One™ Complete pancake mix (from 28.3-oz box)
  • 1 1/3 cups cold water

    Make pancakes as directed on box, using pancake mix and water.

  • Make pancakes and freeze in a resealable freezer bag. To reheat, place in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet and cover tightly with foil; heat in 375°F oven about 10 minutes.
  • Blueberry Pancakes: Stir 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries into batter.
  • Apple-Cinnamon Pancakes: Stir 1/2 cup finely chopped peeled apple and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon into batter.
  • Banana-Walnut Pancakes: Stir 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana and 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts into batter.
  • Oatmeal-Cinnamon Pancakes: Stir 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon into batter.
