I made this tonight and my husband and I enjoyed it. It was very quick and easy. Could have used a bit more flavor for me, so I will sprinkle on some balsamic vinegar with the dressing next time and add more tomatoes & cheese.

AWESOME RECIPE!! This was fairly easy and quick for a uncommon meal, next time, i think i'll filet the breast as not to be so thick. Definitely will be making this often!

I changed it a bit based on some other reviews. Added additional balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and two cans of diced tomatoes. It was excellent!
