Chicken breasts go uptown with a brush of balsamic, a sprinkle of herbs and a warmed feta finish. Simply sensational!

I changed it a bit based on some other reviews. Added additional balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and two cans of diced tomatoes. It was excellent!

A new favorite for the family. Easy and super delicious. Now that I've made it once, I'm already thinking of ways to modify it for different tastes. But excellent as is.

I was skeptical about this one but I had the ingredients on hand so I decided to try it out.......glad I did! My whole family loved it!! (which is unusual because everyone in this house favors different flavors) My husband even called it "gourmet"! I just LOVE recipes that are an entire family pleaser! Will be adding this one to the menu! =D

I made this as is and not only did I love it but my 4 year old son cleaned his entire plate, and I am now aware that he is a big fan of Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. He affectionately referred to it as "that really, really good sauce". Great recipe! Today I will cut the left overs up add some baby spinch and red cabbage, drizzle some more dressing, add some feta and roll in into a spinach or whole wheat tortilla and have it for lunch.
