3 cups Corn Chex® cereal
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon milk
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1x1-inch pieces
  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with foil. Crush cereal. (To easily crush cereal, place in plastic bag or between sheets of waxed paper, and crush with rolling pin.)
  2. In medium bowl, stir together crushed cereal, cheese, salt, seasoned salt, paprika and garlic powder. In small bowl, stir together melted butter and milk. Dip chicken into butter mixture, then roll in cereal mixture to coat evenly. Place on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 9 minutes; turn nuggets over. Bake about 8 minutes longer or until coating is light golden brown and chicken is no longer pink in center.

I prepared these for my family this weekend and they were a big hit! For the first time in a long time everyone at the table loved everything on their plate, and anyone with a picky eater knows that is quite an accomplishment. I will definitely make these again in the very near future.

Very tasty! Kids loved them too and ate them up. "Way better than the frozen nuggets," they said. I will make a double-batch next time! Forgot the parmesean cheese and they still turned out great. Left out the salt. Added a bit more seasoning salt, garlic and paprika. Perfect! Foil on cookie sheet keeps nuggets from sticking and makes cleanup easy.

I thought these were great. I read the previous reviews before cooking and kicked up the spice by adding chili powder and cayenne pepper...delish! no doubt a keeper. Thank you!

We liked this recipe. Even my two picky eaters gave it a thumbs up and said I could make it again. I will try different seasonings next time and maybe add some bbq sauce to the butter mixture for a little different taste.

These are really tasty and so easy to make...I just added a little cajun seasoning to the batter for a little more zip. You don't even need any sauce if you don't like dips. Helpful hint...whenever I make anything that can stick to foil or a pan, like these nuggets, I use Reynolds non-stick foil...it really does work; and the clean-up is a snap! Enjoy!!!!

I add hot sauce to taste to the dipping liquid and serve with a blue cheese dressing - sort of a buffalo wings thing without the bones. Thanks for a great recipe!

This is such an easy and Great recipe.. This was my first time to make it the only thing is i didn't turn it ( I forgot ) so when i tried when they were almost done cooking the breading got scraped off... Also I recommend adding a little more seasoning didn't burst with flavor... Next time I think I might try adding a little Italian dressing to the butter dip. Overall I will make this again many times Hope this helps
